MetroRail Brings Development Potential with Midtown Commons at Crestview Station
The local Austin media promotes the roll-out of the new Capital MetroRail, aknowledging Midtown Commons as one of the key mixed-use developments along the burgeoning rail line.
Midtown Commons at Crestview Station is a 73-acre multi-phase transit oriented development that provides a variety of housing types and direct access to the Capital Metro Rail stop in Austin. Phase I included 316 contemporary residential units consisting of efficiencies, lofts, mezzanine units and live work units.
